1. Eligibility and Account Access

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the App.
• You can access the App by signing in via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Relationship Analyzer AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions, including:

• Weekly subscription.
• Yearly subscription.
• Weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, which automatically converts into a paid subscription unless canceled during the trial.

• All subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and must be canceled directly through those platforms.
• No refunds are provided for partially used periods or accidental purchases once the trial period has ended.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to harass, bully, stalk, or manipulate others.
• Upload content that is illegal, violent, or sexually explicit without consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models of the App.
• Use the App for professional legal or psychological diagnosis purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, AI models, analysis algorithms, and material in Relationship Analyzer AI are the exclusive intellectual property of Frostskull AB. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. User Content and Analysis

• You retain ownership of the conversations or logs you upload for analysis.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the analysis and improving our services (anonymized).
• We do not guarantee the permanent storage of your analysis history.

6. Disclaimer: No Professional Advice

• The App provides AI-generated insights based on patterns in communication.
• We do not offer medical, psychological, or legal advice. The analysis is for informational and educational purposes only.
• Always consult a licensed therapist, counselor, or attorney for professional advice regarding your relationships or legal disputes.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of interpretations regarding human emotions or intent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its insights.
• We are not responsible for the outcomes of any real-world conflicts or relationships based on the App's suggestions.
• Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be handled in the local courts of Sweden.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
